Q: How do I order a resume and how quickly will I receive it?

A: Simply click the “ORDER” to add item(s) to your cart and complete your transaction through PayPal. I will send you a resume questionnaire and then get started!  Sit back and relax while your resume gets a makeover, I will send you a draft or two to review (turnaround is usually -14 days, I want to make sure to spend time creating a resume that is your marketing piece!) I will edit and then send you a final PDF and a Word document to continue to edit on your own. Rush orders are also available.

Q: Is all contact via email?
A: Mostly yes, that way we can communicate within different time zones and on individual schedules. Occasionally, I also work over the telephone to gather additional information. Evenings are best for phone calls – that way you don’t have to rearrange your work schedule!

 

Q: Do you have any sample resumes?
A: Yes! I have a few before and after samples here. I have done THOUSANDS of resumes. These are just to give you an idea of my style. Your talents and experience are unique. All resumes are custom crafted according to your background and career objective.

Q: Why is your business called Resume Butterfly?

A: I specialize in resume makeovers and career transitions. My daughter loves the book Charlie the Caterpillar. It is a story about an ugly caterpillar that is ignored by others, until he becomes a beautiful butterfly.  After the transformation everyone notices him and wants to be with him.  A disorganized, “ugly” resume is often overlooked; I will help transform your resume much like a beautiful butterfly and help you make a great first impression and get noticed!
